3. This section is to input information about the animal to be transferred

and that providing false information may result in my dismissal from the IKGA as set forth in the By-Laws.  If not a member of the IKGA,
I understand that my application may not be accepted for processing due to false and/or incomplete information

                                  If transferring a goat that has already been registered with the IKGA you will need to return the original certificate with the payment for the transfer
