HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR FORM TO IKGA

ONLINE:
- Enter your data in each field as indicated.
- Print out the form on your PC ("select all", then "print") This is for your records.
- To submit your information online, click on the "submit" button below. You will receive a confirmation form showing exactly what is being sent in (you may want to print this also for your records)

BY MAIL:
- To submit your information completely by mail, print the form when filled out and mail it to the IKGA Office, P. O. Box 328, Williamsburg, KY 40769

This form is used to register a goat with the IKGA according to the classifications defined on this web site. If you have any questions, click here to send an email to the IKGA Registration Coordinator.
