THERE MAY BE A “NO SALE” IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MEET

GOATS MAY NOT BE REMOVED FROM THE PENS UNTIL COMPLETION OF THE SALE

PLEASE ALLOW APPROXIMATELY FOUR (4) WEEKS FOR PAYMENT ON YOUR SALE 

THE SALE TRANSACTION IS BETWEEN THE SELLER AND BUYER. IF THERE IS A CONFLICT BETWEEN THE BUYER AND SELLER THE IKGA MAY SERVE AS MEDIATOR.

 Sale order will be as follows:

     1.      All owners will sell ONE goat in the first round. The goat each seller listed 1st would go across the floor. IKGA    Classification not considered.
2.      In round two each seller will sell TWO goats. They will be the 2nd and 3rd goats the seller listed in the sale order. IKGA Classification not considered.
3.      In round three each seller will sell THREE goats. They will be the 4th, 5th and 6th goats listed by the seller. IKGA Classification not considered.
