Chevon with White Rice
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 pound of ground Chevon
1 Tbs of chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
Sautee onions and green pepper in the Olive Oil. Add ground
Chevon and cook until almost done.
Add spices and mix well. Add tomato sauce and stir well.
Serve over white rice, as a side dish or mix the white
rice with the Chevon mixture
Makes 4-6 servings.
